After breakfast, set out to explore Agartala’s highlights. Visit the majestic Ujjayanta Palace, a former royal residence of the Tripura kings, followed by Jagannath Temple and Umanneshwar Temple. Later, enjoy some free time at the local markets.

This morning, drive to Udaipur (55 km), a spiritual hub located on the banks of the Gomati River. Discover the historic Bhubaneswari Temple and the revered Tripura Sundari Temple, one of the 51 Shakti Peeths. Later, visit the stunning Neermahal Palace, built in the middle of Rudrasagar Lake. Return to Agartala by evening.

Post breakfast, drive to Unakoti (186 km / 5 hrs), an ancient archaeological wonder dating back to the 7th–9th centuries. Known as the “Land of a Million Carvings,” Unakoti features countless rock-cut sculptures and bas-reliefs dedicated to Hindu deities. Stroll around the serene surroundings in the evening.

In the morning, explore the most striking sculptures of Unakoti, including the towering Unakotiswara Kal Bhairava (a 30-feet-high Shiva head with a 10-feet headdress), as well as impressive carvings of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Durga. Later, drive back to Agartala.
